  • What's the minimum age to get tattooed at Symmetry Ink NYC?
    In the state of New York, the legal age to get a tattoo is 18, no exceptions. A valid proof of ID will be required on the appointment day.
  • Do you accept walk ins?
    Yes, but we aways recommend getting in touch before to make sure there is availability.
  • How do I make an appointment?
    The best way to make an appointment is getting in touch through the email address, contact section of this website or by Instagram DM.
  • Do I have to pay a deposit?
    After a day and time is choosen, a -nonrefundable- one hour deposit will be required to secure the appointment. This deposit will be used towards your total. No show or cancellation with less than 3 days before the appt, will result in losing the deposit.
  • Can I reschedule my appointment?
    An appointment can be rescheduled up to two times if given at least three days in advance. Not being able to come after the second reschedule will result in the deposit being forfeited.
  • How can I pay for my tattoo?
    Cash, Venmo or Zelle are preferred, but we also accept credit and debit card payments.
  • Can I bring a guest with me?
    Yes you can, but please don't bring a squad!
  • How do I take care of my tattoo?
    Please refer to the Aftercare section in the menu.
